MIXED BERRY SMOOTHIE (400 calories)
Ingredients:
1 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 cup strawberries
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup blueberries
1 Tbsp Chia seeds (loaded with healthy omega-3 fats and pack 5g fiber per tablespoon)
1.5 cups water
3 ice cubes
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. For a thicker shake, add less water or more ice cubes.
